every round closed with 'is there anything you want to ask back about us?' and they ACTUALLY answered. the head of eng told me what was hard about working there. unprompted. who DOES that. accepted the offer same day.

got laid off in february. it was bad. like bad bad. RH recruiter responded the same day i applied. she SCHEDULED me before sundown. team match was a real conversation about what i wanted to work on, not a vibes check. start next month. crying happy tears at the dog park.
