first dev job out of a 14-week bootcamp. 8 months of applying. 197 applications. 2 onsites. citrix had a junior track that actually treats juniors like juniors. paired with a senior engineer day one. she became my mentor. 6 months in and i actually understand what we ship. just had to share this. it gets better
